Kallmeyer, Rumsey, Scott and Luke Wille to join Board in July 2022

ATLIS Announces Incoming Board Members: Barry Kallmeyer, Molly Rumsey, Marquis Scott, Shelly Luke Wille

The Association of Technology Leaders in Independent Schools (ATLIS), the only professional association for independent school technology directors, announces the election of four highly qualified professionals to its board of directors: 

  • Barry Kallmeyer
  • Molly Rumsey
  • Marquis Scott
  • Shelly Luke Wille

“Each year as we welcome new board members, we aim to complement our current board’s strengths, and we are particularly pleased to welcome Barry, Molly, Marquis, and Shelly to the team,” said Dr. Dawn Jenkins Klus, ATLIS Chair and ISACS Accreditation Director. “These talented and experienced individuals are enthusiastic about serving the independent school community as ATLIS Board members, and we are grateful to have their perspectives as the organization continues to grow and thrive.”


Barry Kallmeyer is Chief Information Officer at Hathaway Brown School, where he has served in various roles since 1997. In this capacity, Kallmeyer creates strategic IT initiatives that align with the school’s short- and long-term goals and provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Spanish and a master’s degree in education from Washington University in St. Louis.

Molly Rumsey is the Director of Information Services at the Harpeth Hall School, an all-girls day school for students in grades 5-12 in Nashville, Tennessee.  She has been at Harpeth Hall for 26 years where she served in many different capacities including Dean of Students, Technology Integration Specialist, co-chair of the STEM for Girls Think Tank, Director of Summer Programs, and math teacher.

Marquis Scott is the Assistant Head of School at The Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Scott is an experienced independent school leader with more than two decades of partnering with school leaders across the country in equity and inclusion, strategic planning, and distributing leadership initiatives.

Shelly Luke Wille is the Head of School at Children’s Day School in San Francisco, CA. Previously, she served as the elementary principal, Assistant Head, and Head of School at Chadwick International School in Songdo, South Korea. Prior to her work in Korea, she supported Hillbrook School, a PK-8 independent school in Los Gatos, CA, as its Director of Technology and Lower School Head.  

Kallmeyer, Rumsey, Scott, and Luke Wille will begin their three-year term July 1, 2022. They will join the existing 2022-23 directors:

  • Aggie Malter, PAISBOA
  • Stacia McFadden, Lovett School (Georgia)
  • Denise Musslewhite, Trinity Preparatory School (Florida)
