Technology leaders are uniquely positioned to design the learning spaces of the future and to influence and manage change that touches on all corners of the school. The ATLIS Leadership Institute is the only program of its kind designed to meet the needs of technology leaders in independent schools as they grow into their positions and expand their influence. The cohort will participate in more than 24 hours of intensive online and in-person professional development programming, completing five leadership challenges with individual and collaborative components.

“We kicked off the Institute with a Summer Institute for participants zooming in from Paris to Bangkok,” said Institute director Susan Davis. “ We are excited to be working with yet another dedicated group of technology leaders who are eager to connect and learn together as they position themselves to lead their schools into the future.”

Throughout the program, participants are partnered with mentors or coaches to further their learning with support from peers embedded in independent schools. The five program challenges follow the independent school year and culminate in collaborative capstone projects, which are designed to give back to the ATLIS community at large.

Please join in congratulating these folks who have committed to a year of learning for their careers, to engaging with peers, and to advancing the industry through their evolving leadership.
