Delavan, Maxwell, and Sena join leadership institute faculty

April 4, 2022—The Association of Technology Leaders in Independent Schools (ATLIS), the only professional association for independent school technology directors, announced today the selection of three new faculty for its premier leadership programming.

  • Ethan Delavan, Director of Technology, Systems and Extended Programs, The Bush School (Washington)
  • Dr. Marsha Maxwell, Head of Technology and Innovation, Atlanta International School (Georgia)
  • Anne Sena, Director of Technology, St. David’s School (North Carolina)

Continuing members of the ATLIS Leadership Institute faculty are Peter Antupit, Chief Information Officer at Crystal Springs Uplands School (California), and Susan Davis, Professional Development Director for ATLIS.

The ATLIS Leadership Institute is a year-long professional development program designed specifically to grow the leadership skills of technology professionals working in independent schools. The Institute is built around a cohort model, employs five key challenges that technology leaders face at the schools they serve, and culminates in a capstone project where teams design a new resource for the broader educational technology community. Institute fellows are each partnered with a technology leader from the independent school world for additional coaching and mentoring. Applications for the Institute are currently being reviewed for the 2022-2023 cohort.
