    Hi, all.

    Is there a resource out there that has additional data on Independent School IT Budgets?  I have looked at the recent DASL, but didn't find what I was looking for.  Ideally, need information on the average IT budget percentage (both with and without personnel) of the full school budget.

    Any school's IT budget is going to depend on the age of the infrastructure. We built a solid wireless network in 2015 and then ended up having to replace most of it in 2020. I am thinking that we will most likely have to do that every 5 years and am planning my long-range budget with that in mind.
    It also will vary by what other resources and programs the school offers. There is also the reality that location can also impact the costs of IT. 
    My suggestion is to seek out 4 or 5 similar schools in your area ask them directly what they spend annually for IT, use that information for your average.
