    The College Counseling Office at MKA wants to move from Naviance to SCOIR - https://www.scoir.com/ -  for their software needs. I am looking for anyone using the software willing to share the good, bad, and the ugly.

    I am particularly interested in compatibility with Veracross and the Common App.

    Hey Bill,

    We transitioned from Naviance to SCOIR several years ago. We're a Blackbaud school if that matters...While I don't have an account or personal experience with the application, I spoke to our College Counseling office and can connect you if you'd like any further details.  Seems to be working well with us. She says they are able to see that a student has applied through the Common App, but they don't use SCOIR for completing the application.

    Hi Bill, 

    We transition to Scoir from Naviance several years ago. It's been great for everyone all around. Super simple to navigate and to work with their support. It uses Google authentication (requirement for us) and our College staff and students are happy with it.

    We also transitioned from Naviance to SCOIR. It is definitely a level-up for our College Counseling team, and we’ve worked out some helpful data exchanges between it and Veracross for student records management. I’m happy to discuss it further!
