We are in the process of developing a data governance policy before we establish a data governance and strategy committee.

I would greatly appreciate any sample policies you are willing to share, as well as any insight you may have on: 

1. What worked well in your governance efforts

2. Challenges or pitfalls to avoid

3. Key considerations for the structure of the committee  

If you have any resources or advice, I'd love to connect for a brief call. Or if you prefer to share directly with me, I would be grateful. I will cite your work as we draft our governance policy.  Once I am done, I will be sure to share it back to anyone who would be interested.
