I have a chance to lead a course/book study based on my book,
Tech with Heart, through
Constellation Learning Institute beginning June 13. It will span six weeks and be entirely asynchronous (other than a closing Zoom celebration) to best accommodate summer schedules. I will be leading the course and have structured it to be a highly active & interactive learning experience, leveraging edtech tools like Edpuzzle, Pear Deck, Flipgrid, and Wakelet. There will be plenty of opportunities to create, and I'll provide support & feedback throughout.
Participants will begin each week engaging with an edtech infused activity from the student lens before diving into the reading. Each module will also include a creation task infusing ideas discussed in the book and modeled through the design of the course. At the conclusion of the course, we will come together for a Zoom celebration and group reflection.
