I am reaching out to see if any schools are using Dell ProSupport Plus for tablet and laptop maintenance. This would be geared towards schools running a One-to-One laptop program with at least 750-1000 students. We are considering the use of a Dell 3330 2in1 tablet and were wondering how the service program was working for your school. We currently have a fleet of 2000 plus Lenovo laptops. We are currently using a depot repair model and was wondering if any schools are using the on-site service model from Dell and how that was working for you.
