I have used low-tech/no-tech scavenger hunt idea with new employees to take them on a tour of campus, highlighting the main buildings but also bringing in some of the hidden culture (like that mysterious location, the "magic table" that every school has where unwanted items placed there disappear LOL). Part of the scavenger hunt would be finding those key people in each division as well.

Camelia Perez, Director of Educational Technology at Urban, here to ask you all for some assistance. A few years ago, an Urban student created a website (for security reasons can only accessed when on our WiFi) that allows you to enter a starting point and a destination, then when submitted provides you with a simple set of directions for how to get from point A to point B. It has not been updated since that student created it, and we are working on ways to improve it/ a workflow for who should maintain it.
Looking to just gather ideas on how other schools support new faculty and students with navigating your campus and if you have something similar as a digital option. Although Urban is not particularly large, it does have a unique layout. Thanks for any and all ideas/ feedback!
