    Good Afternoon,

    Do any of you have an area that your faculty, parents, and students can access for training videos, helpful documentation, and FAQs? We have Knowbe4 and are wondering if we should just upload our videos to this platform or if you have something you have found easier for everyone to access and use that can be tracked as viewed (number of views, etc.).

    We have a folder in the Technology Department's Google Shared Drive that has all our Knowledge Base articles, and each article is linked through the Help section in our ticketing system, FreshService.

    I was doing that through our Help System, too, but the team was not using consistently. Looking at possibly using via KnowBe4 videos as well???

    Hi,

    I've been thinking about different ways to collect data around professional development too. We use Blackbaud community groups, which is great for knowledgebase and instructional modules but it doesn't have the tracking/reporting features I'd like for PD.  This summer, I plan to investigate using a Blackbaud class page, Edpuzzle, or WeVideo to see if they could be an option for collecting tracking data on PD engagement.  I also recently came across MobileMind.io, a PD Hub for schools, which looked interesting and contained reporting but at a cost.
