    Do you have a public-facing knowledge base you could share? It's great to see different examples of what people include in theirs, along with how they organize them. This could be a helpful resource for onboarding new hires.


    By the way, be sure to mark your calendar for our 'Transition Meetup' for anyone that has changed jobs (including a promotion!) on June 29th at 1.

    We make some of our knowledge base (not all) available publicly through our helpdesk portal: https://it-helpdesk.tetonscience.org/support/solutions

    Freshdesk lets us easily insert knowledge base articles into our helpdesk ticket responses and we train new staff to seek out the knowledge base to answer questions.

    That's an excellent example of a knowledge base! I appreciate how you grouped the content. The headers and navigation seemed very intuitive and user-friendly.
