Dashboards: Visualizing Data to Create Change

Often in schools we make decisions and evaluate change based on gut instinct and anecdotal information. While we don't want to get trapped solely by numbers, we do want to be informed by the power contained in that data. We have been working on visualizing our data into dashboards for three years. After a few false starts, find out how we now successfully visualize data across all leadership levels and use it to evaluate change.The speakers will review the process from ethnographic research to finished dashboards. Learn how it has informed new initiatives and served as a vital asset in evaluating the effectiveness of change across the campus.
